The whole point of the Bugs Bunny cartoons was that the rabbit was smarter than the human.

You may happen to see one of the rabbits near your garden on day 1. You’ll shoot said rabbit with the paintball gun… if you even happen to hit it. But by the end of day 2, there will have been a large number of hours where the garden was left unattended and your vegetables will be gone.

Buy some chicken wire. It may not satisfy that inner bunny hunter in you, but your vegetables will survive the conflict.

I’m picturing you with a gun in hand, an Elmer Fudd hat on your head, and stalking the backyard singing “Kill the wabbit, kill the wabbit.”

Chicken wire might be a better deterrent than a paint ball gun. Unless the rabbits are in need of a color makeover.

Friday morning Adam and I wasted 10 minutes staring out the back door watching a cute widdle gray bunny (CWGB) nibbling on our grass.
Since Friday, CWGB, has appeared every morning and continues to nibble on the grass.
I have no problems with this. I like Nature™.

This morning, CWGB was back, and he brought at least 4 friends with him, including Collosso-Bunny(CB) which appeared to be about 30lbs. I sincerely hope CB is male, otherwise SHE will be dropping about 20 baby bunnies in my back yard very soon.

The presence of 4+ hungry, agile, urban rabbits presents me with a new set of problems.
